The price increase is insane. I had one of the first Mavericks in the country and I loved it. I think I paid out the door 27k. If I would buy the exact same configuration it will cost me about 7k more. That is not good but I think I will still get one as soon as the lease of my current car is ended.

I did the same thing, except I added the Luxury package this time; so it was $9k more out the door. Went from $26k otd to $35k otd.

Normally I have buyer's remorse anytime I spend more than $3, but this time I'm loving it even with the $9k more price tag. I had enough equity in the '22 Maverick and enough money saved up, that I kept the same loan amount, so I'm still on pace to pay off the '25 the same time the '22 would have been paid off...and I have the bigger screen, heated steering wheel, heated seats, 42k miles less, and 3 more years of warranty.

Was that worth $9k? Dude, the heated steering wheel alone might be worth $9k. 🤣
