It happened when I went my lunch break at work, at 3:45 pm today. Then. I got off it started back working. At 6:30 pm today, I will be going by my ford dealership in the morning, to tell them…

The video I got is 2:30 minutes long. I even went in the sound settings to change the sound the driver to all passenger, it got worse…

My radio works unless I am on Sirius. The radio keeps forgetting the code and asks me to enter it. It also wants me to OK sharing the radio channels I listen to. Every time. Software was updated 2 weeks ago to no avail. I can make calls by bluetooth but not if I am plugged in.
Tomorrow back to the dealer.

I don’t have Sirius Xm radio, my not a sync 3 radio, just ford radio, my is a xl radio and same one on xlt, the lariat radio is a sync 3

Anytime I have a radio problem I reset it and it goes away, which is maybe 3-4 times a year

I hope your Ford dealer is able to resolve this serious issue. Maybe @Ford Motor Company can get your VIN and assist!

Usually Ireset mine and it's fine, but I had to reset it 4 times on 1 drive yesterday, which is concerning

Mine did this, I unhooked the battery for about ten minutes hooked back up every thing is good

Mine was more like 3-4 times a day before doing recall last week. Sync 3 really needs some work.

The Xl And xlt, do not have Sync 3, just call ford Basie radio with Bluetooth and android auto and apple CarPlay. Only the lariat have Sync 3, just correcting you
