I've been burned by Walmart 3rd party sellers a couple of times when I failed to notice I wasn't buying from Walmart. I think it's pretty sneaky. When I'm on Walmart.com I want to buy stuff from Walmart and not some donkey who sends me obviously not new merch.

Note that you'll be dealing with the 3rd party and not Walmart if there is an issue. I found that out the hard way.

Buy Defenders from Costco, there service dept will fix flats, rotate tires, for as long as the tires last. Defenders have a 80K rating, should last over 4 years.
