Is it safe making changes to color for my hybrid order?

Ordered my hybrid in 10/21 with 360 copilot, sunroof and spray in bedliner. Now I'm contemplating about changing the color. I have not gotten an email about production so is it safe to contact my dealer and ask them to change the color. Would this push my order date to today and put me back at the end of the line?

I don't think changing colors will but changing trims might according to a video that Tim posted yesterday.
