My dealer doesn't know how to make changes to my Maverick order

Hello. I have an order in for an XLT fwd Cyber Orange Mav w/ moonroof and that's about it. I have attempted multiple times to change my order to AWD over the last month and my dealer doesn't seem to believe me or understand how to make the change. Does anyone here know of the body codes or other information the dealer may need to make the change or any other information that might help?

I just spoke to Ford CS and they confirmed that due to me not having a populated VIN; I can still make changes to my order.

Thanks in advance. The whole process has been sort of crappy.

Hi. I don't have any codes to offer but I did change my order from hybrid to ecoboost with AWD and 4K tow and had the opportunity to change the trim but did not. I did this on Tuesday at my dealer. I did this directly with the sales manager.

Still no response from the dealership, even after being informed of what Ford Customer Service told me. It's totally unacceptable for these guys to be so uninformed and how tf does everyone on these forums know so much more than the actual employees. When i worked for Mazda, i could've told you everything about every car on the lot. Even used ones from other manufacturers. smdh.
