Is Ford.com/myaccount/vehicle-order-tracking/status Broken

In early January I received an email from Ford telling me my VIN number and that my truck would be built the week of March 10th. Four weeks ago, I received an email telling me that my order had been rescheduled to February 24th. I have been signing onto this web address and saw that my truck was "In Production" the week of 2/25. The web page was last updated on 2/25/2025. The web page has not been updated since that date. I called my dealer and they told me that their system tells them that my truck was build on 2/25. I do not understand why the website has not updated since 2/25/2025 and shows that my truck has been built.

Has anyone else had the same issues with the site?

Has anyone seen newer updates?

Mine went into production 2/27 and then nothing since. I think they are just trying to crank them out as fast as they can in light of current events. My last Maverick, a 2024, was built in 1 day and shipped the next. No delay in updates.

I have my fingers crossed. I have wanted a Maverick for 3 years, and looking forward to a new truck.

And now mine went from last updated 2/27 to last updated 3/3, but there are no actual updates in the website other than this. Nothing changed.

Try pulling up your window sticker. I was able to get mine. Looks like mine was built 2/27 and it says rail so is either shipped or about to ship. Add your VIN to the end of this URL and then paste into a new window.

Edit - Apparently that isn't necessarily the build date and rail doesn't mean it is on the train. IDK?

Thank you for the great suggestion, I was able to print out my window sticker. I call the Ford customer service number and they were able to tell me the truck was built on Tuesday the 25th and was in a secondary shop for work. I believe that shop installs the spray in bed liner. My window sticker says Convoy instead of Rail out of Mexico. The Ford service rep told me they are seeing many of the same, truck to US border and then rail to final trip to staging areas in the US.

Now to see if the 25% tariff kills the deal. Wish me luck......

FWIW i ordered 1/2/25, had confirmation 1/10/25, got a build date (3/17/25) and VIN ON 1/16/25 and still no window sticker. system is just slow or isn't being updated. it will get here when it gets here i guess.

I'm in a similar boat. Last updated 02/26/2025 and est delivery date of 02/28/2025-03/06/2025. I'm going to call the dealer today.

I do not believe you can pull down the window sticker until the truck is on the final assembly line.

My web tracker info has gone stale, too.
I called Ford directly this morning and got a helpful guy on the line, who was able to pinpoint the location of my vehicle (just off the train transport, in my city, in good condition, awaiting carrier to my dealer) and the expected delivery date. (800) 392-3673. You'll need your VIN to make this work over the phone.

Mine basically was worthless, calling sales rep for update was much better but even his version not great,- his showed it was still a state away but I could come in to pre discuss trade in and other items - surprise to both of us it was delivered while we were talking? Amazon is much better with this on something costing $2. lol.

That's what I just discovered, you can't just refresh the page. One has to start from scratch. Mine is now delivery date is now updated.

It took almost 2 months (from Ford's first notice) until my truck was in my hands.
