Turtle wax inside job.ceramic also removes light scratches.

I use Nextzett cockpit cleaner. It helps with scratches

Within 24 hours of having my new 2022 Ford Maverick, my cellphone slip off of my lap and dinged my console. It is so soft that your fingernail can make a mark. My son's bookbag dinged up my glove box. I had that protection coating that Ford recommends inside and outside. Still scratches easy. I haven't tried, but I read that you can use a hair dryer to soften the material and then level out the gouges. I would use some kind of a texted material to make an impression so it would be more textured.
