Interior noise from windshield area

Hello, I bought a used 2022 Maverick from a dealership a month ago, and shortly after, I get these cracking/popping sounds from around the windshield area (interior), when going over bumps or uneven surfaces. Seems worse when there is a bit of body flex.
Took it to a dealer who checked the trim and also informed me it was an aftermarket windshield. I ended up replacing the windshield last weekend at a shop close to me, but the noises are still there. The shop told me it was a tight fit, but otherwise the install went well.

Anyone else having this issue?

So have been to a Ford dealer about 3 times as well as Ford autobody repair shop and no one can seem to fix this constant plastic rattle/squeak! They take parts off to check and the noise is stell there every time I go over a bump or uneven ssurface.
A vehicle with hardly any km on it and it sounds like the windshield is going to fall out. Poor service, poor design and no resolution. Time to go back to a Japanese model.

I believe there are shims that are put in to stop the rattle.
Perhaps this will help.

It's likely the windshield defroster vent on the driver side hitting the top of the dash. Same issue on mine. Try pulling the plastic piece towards and away from you gently while it's making the noise.
