Matte black looks good with the Alto Blue but I think you need a something with a higher contrast for the decal on the tailgate to pop. I went with black letters with a red outline.

Would love to see lettering on an Alto Blue (maxed out, Lariat Luxury Oct 04 order, carrying over to MY23).
I love subtle changes that don’t pop out but sticks in your mind. Reason for my ordering Alto Blue with all the black trim.
Had a Kodiak Brown Navigator, awesome color.

Well, no extra trim, just black bumpers, bed rails,etc.

Looks great! That really works great with CO. Not sure it work as well with my Alto Blue.

The lighter colors would look good on dark paint.

Installed the tailgate decal from vinylimagination.com yesterday. Looks great and breaks up the solid colors! This is the matte black color option.

Looks really nice on that color. The contrast is perfect.

were those from someplace you got online? I have an alto blue lariat and have been trying to decide what to do with the letters. the bright chrome options seem too bold for the rest of the truck to me.

I love the red lined letters. I've been thinking of such for my Velocity Blue then maybe adding wheel rim liners in red just to maybe justify the red.

Anyway, I love the looks of your tailgate—oops, never thought I would say that to a guy!
