INSTALLED NEW MABETT SIDE MARKERS

I received my side markers yesterday and installed them today. It is pretty much strait forward as far as plugging in the wiring. The hardest part was removing the old inserts that hold the old badges. And a special note..........the passenger door badge will need to be trimmed as someone else mentioned (I believe it was the Tonka Maverick guy). Not sure why, but you will have to sand or grind down just a hair off the plastic trim to make it not bind against the passenger door when closing it.

Otherwise, it is easy and works. And it is bright enough to be seen in daylight. I went ahead and affixed some after market XLT letters on the truck.

Got the letters off Amazon. I tried going to your local automotive store and they either didn't have them in stock, or didn't have all the letters, or because they didn't have them in stock, "they could order them for me". So I decided to go to Amazon.

Thank you, found a black set on Etsy. The silver will blend in too much with my space white
