Looks good, is the flaps flexible plastic/rubber? Also does it rub against the paint? I heard the oem ford ones do.

They are a flexible rubberish material. It does not touch the paint at all. I stayed away from the OEM because I had heard the same.

I have the Mabetts as well, and I like you chose them because they installed easy and didn't touch the paint. Very happy with how they look.

How’s the fit regarding the tightness to the body? Are they flat or preformed to the wheel well curve? I only ask because the picture makes it look like there is something of a gap between the flap and front fender.
They look like they have nice coverage.

yes that's a purposeful feature if the Mabett, Rokblokz and Weathertech flaps for good reason.

They look great. Happy with mine as well, especially for the price. I prefer them over the Rokblokz due to being more pliable.

I guess I didn’t word it correctly. I know these are designed to not touch the paint which I like. What I meant was following the curve of the lining inside the wheel well. It looks like it’s tight at the top and at the rocker panel area with maybe some gap between? Maybe it’s the angle of the pic or a shadow or my old eyes
