I previously purchased an android auto wireless adapter for the for the Maverick but then realized I still couldn't do some things on the screen, like watch videos or play games while waiting in my truck. To be honest I didn't really understand the difference between the two. So now I bought the ZHNN android AI box and it gives me all the capabilities a smartphone has, Plus I can also use it as wireless Android auto Or carplay. Super easy install and you could even link your Xbox Controller to it.... So while you're waiting for your girlfriend to get done shopping in TJMaxx you can be playing video games or watchin Netflix on the screen. flawless victory.

I bought a similar box and returned it because it required me to use my phone as a WiFi hotspot, which wasn't worth the bother to me. Does this one have the same requirement?

I eventually just grabbed a basic wireless Android Auto adapter and sideloaded YouTube and a couple other apps to AA using AAStore. Not quite as sleek, but smooth enough for me.

There's a number of those accounts that pop up from time to time. They usually write something innocuous and sometimes will edit it later to add in their link to whatever they're trying to shill.

Yes mine is the same you have to connect wifi hotspot, if a person knows how to sideload and use the AA store then I think your method is probably better.

I think mine is simpler but not necessarily better! Your box is more flexible by far since it interjects its own OS instead of just cramming more apps into AA. I haven't tried to finagle Netflix on mine yet, I imagine it will be a nightmare.
