If '23 orders are now '24s...who is going to get scheduled for the remaining 2023s?

They are going to keep making 23s into October, so that means people will still get scheduled for at least 4 weeks or so. Who will these people be? People that never converted their order to a 2024?

Whoever Ford decides to schedule! 2024 order status is not a factor.
If your 23 is scheduled, you won't get a private offer for 24. And your dealer should make sure your 24 is cancelled.

They are making them through October, but I don't think we have seen anyone get scheduled for October. I would not be surprised if Ford ends the year off with Fleet/Stock orders to reduce the risk of any retail orders being pushed past the end of the model year.

But as others have stated, in early August, Ford will be rolling over any unscheduled MY23 by prioritizing the corresponding MY24 order. They will be given a higher priority than new MY24 orders.

Dealers will still need allocations either way but dealers should already know that number. We have seen here reports of dealerships closing down orders because they have hit their expected allocation.
