I know they, them own us all but I will not assist they them in data mining efforts.
I know I’m weird.
They ignore us or did you miss that fact ?Yeah, ignore the one avenue to give them useful information about what you like and don't like about the product you purchased.
ExactlyI took the survey too. I just went on and on any where they let me write about the dead 12 volt battery issue . I said let the SOC be higher to get battery to charge up more. I said an AGM battery should ONLY be used no matter what year Mav. Why not let them know what is wrong.
I agree with both assessments andYeah, ignore the one avenue to give them useful information about what you like and don't like about the product you purchased.
First, no company is going to spend money browsing posts on mystery console slots made by people they know nothing about. The survey is set up to provide actionable data for future products from existing customers. That filters most of the loonies, and some others filter themselves. They ignore us or did you miss that fact ?
Besides all they need to do is read a little in this forum.

No. That is not how that works. But a company that they pay will likely give them info that pleases them, mixed in with truth.
Can you imagine if Ford scoured this forum and came away with nothing but “Lasfit bad, Maxzina good, we should stick a label on the fuel filler funnel?” What a colossal waste of time.First, no company is going to spend money browsing posts on mystery console slots made by people they know nothing about.
