I THINKS THE LARIAT SHOULD JUST COME WITH 360 ASSIST?

Hello, I just ordered my very own Lariat and was not impressed when I found out that I had to pay 750.00 USD for the adaptive cruise control . Also another thing while I am on the complain train, why isn’t remote start included with the Lariat as well?

Marty is that you? Wow! I had no idea that this was just a change for 2023 MY. It’s not like I didn’t try to order mine last year.

Does it help that it's probably only ~2% of the total price, and maybe adds $2-4/month if you're financing?

I too get annoyed by the add-ons ...ahem... adding up, but this kind of thinking helps me decide what options I'm willing to pay extra for.

One always order a Limited Edition F150 pretty sure that feature is standard.

When buying a entry level vehicle regardless of trim companies try to keep base price down. Makes for nice advertisements.

Yeah that gives a little peace to me, however $750.00 could be put towards a bed cover or over bed camper. Idk, money is money just like time is time.

Good points, I just do not have the overhead for a sexy F-150.

If it makes you feel better. You need the top trim also on a Sata Cruz. Talking over 40k.

I hate everything about the Santa Cruz! Gives me major Aztec vibes! I do understand your point and it does make me feel better. Thank you!

Yes my wife's mid level Subie has it standard. And I must me crazy but I always liked the Aztec. Don't like the Santa Cruz tho. I seem to have a penchant for odd cars.

I will not make fun of you for liking the ugliest car ever produced as beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Aka it is subjective, unlike cost for functionality as we are discussing. Sometimes Subaru gets it right I guess.

I have no use for Adaptive cruise. I wanted the rear back up sensors. Pretty much my entire reason for changing to a Lariat. I hoping the vinyl seats are palatable in Florida.

I know it sounds crazy but I still check my rear view mirror and side view mirrors constantly. Situational awareness, don't let computer do too much.

I love acc. Love all these new safety features too. When abs came out I hated it. Love that to now. Probably cause I am an old man.
