Thanks. They're calling for storms tomorrow so it will be put to the testI think you will really appreciate that decision. I know I have, every time it snows, rains or I go shopping. Actually everyday because I keep hitch receivers and other needs in the back. Hope you use it to its fullest, in other words, get your moneys worth. Oh, almost forgot, welcome to the club.
Please tell us which cover you went with, it looks like could be the Real Truck Gator SFX trifold, and how you like it
The tonneau cover is essential If you’re a golfer! I keep my clubs and cart locked up in the bed all season long!
I honestly don't understand why they are so expensive, but I do really appreciate mine too.
If they're calling for hail I'd remove it or park in the garage because that thing will be dented up like a son of a bitch. They're usually made out of thin aluminum.Thanks. They're calling for storms tomorrow so it will be put to the test![]()
Just wondering if you have any updates on the Mostplus tonneau cover you installed? Seems to get great reviews and you can't beat the price. I'm in the market so any input would be greatly appreciatedIt's a Mostplus from eBay. Under 300. I was worried that it would be low quality, but the fit was perfect. It rained hard this morning, afterward I opened the tailgate and the bed was gone dry. I took it for a ride and no rattles or other noises and no sign of shifting or moving.
Yes a tonneau cover seals properly at the cab. The Mav tailgate leaks a bit in a carwash, due to the large clearances on the sides.I’m still indecisive on which to tonneau cover to go with. I also have a spay in bed liner so will a tonneau cover completely seal near the cab to prevent water from coming in.
