Will do! So far I have been coordinating with Cassandra in Finance, she has been proficient, focused and yet personable (as best detected within an email?). She has put forth extended warranty items, yet has not been PUSHY at all. Also she verified that Ford Finance is honoring the 0% 36 months loan - which I am going to enact... interest free financing is ALWAYS A GOOD THING!
