Battery cable/wiring harness fault

I have asked for Fords contact informaion, i have texted the ford guy on here, several times, they are not interested in me yet.

Mine started with the problems this week. 4200 miles Built 10/27/2021

Mine started at about 4700. They swear it’s not the harness cable. And are replacing the entire high current cable. I asked and they said not the same?

Figured I better up date,Towed back to Dealer twice in 5 days. They didn't fix first time. Second time took all the info that was on here. Talked to the tech in person,he had already found the problem with the cable ends. Said he repaired all the connections in the cable and put bolts,nuts and washers thru the connections besides soldering. So far no other problems have 6650 miles now.
