Hybrid artifical noises

I have seen that there are Federal requirements for these noise makers. Personally I dislike it on the Maverick when moving forward. I am OK with it in reverse. What is strange to me is I own a Tesla Model Y and it has no noise moving forward that I notice. It has a spaceship noise in reverse. Much less obnoxious than the Maverick's. I wish Ford did it the same way.

My neighbors have a recent Tesla model Y that makes no noise going forward or backwards at any speed, and they have an Equinox EV that sometimes makes noise, but sometimes not

You'll be used to the sound in about a month. I'm pretty sure I would have already run over at least 2-3 pedestrians without that sound.

When did pedestrians loose the right of way?

When they check their cell phones in the street. If you just keep moving they scoot like a cockroach.

Bonilla, how easy or difficult was the install?

Gotta peel back the front driver side wheel well liner but you can then wiggle your arm in to get at the speaker connector..I had my truck on a hoist and took off front tire. Made it much easier. I thought about taking the bumper cover off but that could be opening a bigger can of worms...
