How to use Forscan to program replacement signature headlight ballast controller

I need help to reprogram a headlight controller for a 2025 Lariat that I just installed but no lights work but the lower fender signal lights

I did find an answer on Google that allowed me to try to add a used headlight controller but when trying to LIN new module unit, the program stops with errors found: LIN communications failure fault from video camera B115E:08
The cameras are working all around . I found an answer to disconnect the 12v battery for 20 minutes. I will try again to communicate with LIN

Ballast? It's a 12v LED assembly, not a xenon or other light that needs a ballast.
