You need a rail car number. Your dealer may be able to give it to you. If not, call FORD marketing to see if the rep will give it to you. If they won't, call back later for a different rep - some will give you the rail car number and some won't. Once you have that you can use one of the railroad phone tracking systems to see where it's at (I used the CSX system). Your window sticker will have a RAMP ONE code on it - this is where your truck will be off-loaded.
