How to track rail car?

My Maverick has finally been built and is in transit to my dealer as of 3/29. I know the dealer has the rail car number on the visibility report but when I call and ask they tell me it is not on there even though I know it is. Is there any other way to get that rail car number so I can track it? Thanks in advance

I contacted Ford customer service. It took three people to give it to me, but they finally did.

Yeah, you'll have to call customer service and/or harass enough people at the dealership into giving it to you. I went through the same thing, but once you have that number you're golden.

How did you guys get it through ford customer service? I just called and they said it does not show and said theres nothing they can do.

Our rep gave us the railcar number when we asked. Very simple, then used the phone to call and check/track. Only gap in this is once it arrives and is offloaded at ramp, it sits until a truck takes to dealership. We are 3 days sitting after arrival.
