Hello everyone. I have a set of the OEM Lund Low profile Window Deflectors to install on my '22 Maverick. I have looked at the instructions and searched the internet for the proper installation; however, I'm still not sure how they are truly meant to be installed. The gentleman from one of the online truck accessory stores has 2 videos on yt where he instructs to install on the rubber trim/window frame. However, another gentleman on yt posted a video with a picture he said was received from AVS support that shows the deflector stuck to the painted area just above the rubber. Can anyone confirm which is truly correct? I believe I prefer the appearance when installed to the rubber around the window frame; however, I'm not sure if it will stick well. Thanks.

I'm sure you've already installed your Ventvisors, but I just want to say that the photos on the Lund site don't show them installed to the painted door frame, but lower on the black hard rubber area. I think if you installed them higher it would negatively impact the usefulness of the product. Once I get mine installed I will post a photo. If you have yours done could you post a photo?
