How to get to siri when iphone is connected to screen?

I’m using apple car play or whatever its called to listen to apple music.so when you plug the
Iphone into the charger and the better screen comes up how do you get to siri?yes,i played music on a car record player.

If you're using Apple CarPlay, pressing the voice command button on the steering wheel should conjure Siri.

Android Auto uses Google when you hit the speak thing on the steering wheel, I'd expect Apple to work the same way. I haven't tried saying "Hey Google," it's not a thing I use.

I guess i never needed the button so i had no idea what in the world it was for🥸im getting new to siri and realize how convenient it is.thanks for the help
