I ll start by saying i m 70 and tech challenged . Is there a way to get navigation on my screen from an app on my IPhone? I did figure out a way to play my music and use the phone so i can deal without a map displayed I guess. 23 Hybrid Maverick

Yes, there is a feature called Apple Car Play that works when you connect the phone to the USB ports (on the dash) and also sync the bluetooth with your phone. You will get Apple Maps (or Waze/Google Maps) as a choice on screen. It will also let you interact with Siri.

If you plug in your phone to the USB port it will automatically put nav on your sceen. There are no extra steps needed.

Yep just use a usb cable and Carplay or Android Auto should connect and be on the screen. If you are using third party apps like Waze I don't know if they will connect to the screen.
