How to find Battery Voltage

I'm trying to determine the voltage my battery is putting out without attaching a meter. I know in my 22 Corsair you can enter "Engineering Mode", by pressing a specific button on the steering wheel while starting the engine. The mode displays all sorts of info, including the battery Voltage. Anyone have an idea how to do this on the Maverick?

There are cigarette lighter and usb dongle chargers that also show voltage. I got one from Amazon for my son's SUV to monitor battery after his old one died. The new is AGM, and it's very strong as you would expect, but it's still useful to see what the voltage is before you start the engine and after you shut it off.

Uh, interesting. I have a lariat also, and it couldn't be easier to hold down OK while pushing the start button. It works.

Voltage running. (It looks weird because it's bouncing between 14.7 and 14.8V)

Voltage off.

If you're investigating deep sleep, trying to prove a weak battery, etc I personally would not want to mess with that compared to just using a device that is plugged in to always show voltage. That's why I replied as such the first time, and I assumed the other reply about ET works. But since my truck is just outside my office door I went and tried it.

Plus it functions just like your Corsair, LOL.

be aware that the power port stays on...for at least 2 or 3 hours. maybe it shut off? maybe it stays on...i dunno. my 2.0 EB stays of for longer than i want to test it.

cigarette lighter is 80 min by default and can be changed with Forscan. if the truck goes into deep sleep it's turned off immediately. if you see 11.8V or less when you turn the ignition off, you should then see deep sleep in FordPass within a few minutes assuming the truck has a cell signal.

be aware that the power port stays on...for at least 2 or 3 hours. maybe it shut off? maybe it stays on...i dunno. my 2.0 EB stays of for longer than i want to test it.

I leave my port adapter like this in my EB all the time with no issues. It does stay on but always off when I return in the morning. I am not sure how long it stays on after shutting off the truck but it has not been an issue.

Got that $10 one listed above and gained (2) usb ports a easy view of readings
-one click (accessory mode)from key on XLT it shows the 12v battery reading
-two clicks (Car started/On) it jumps to 15.2v quicky which is the high voltage battery reading on hybrid I believe

If investigating sleep mode I suggest bring to dealer to test crank amp level on battery.
Mine started going into sleep mode after 2 days not started,
Dealer tested battery found it had 4 crank amps when dealer said should have ~300
--- got battery replaced with Diehard T4 and have not run into deep sleep since time will tell if truck naturally degrades battery doing all it clicking work while truck is off
