22 XLT Maverick Hybrid - only 6200 miles, looks brand new, not rough at all but I originally wanted a Lariat, not the XLT so I ordered a 23 and it should be built next week.

It's been gone a year, but I traded a '16 Mazda CX-9 with 57k on it for my Maverick. It was also a turbocharged engine that officially only required 87, and it had detonation in the summer of '21 which initially showed up as an infrequent idle stumble and then became a head gasket leak. It was covered under warranty and I ordered a Maverick to replace it.

I don't trust 87 at all in my ecoboost Maverick and only use premium. This gives better performance as well as peace of mind.

Also, all new vehicles have crappy paint and this is most noticeable on painted plastic. Zoom in on this pic and all those black spots are stone chips. (There are also water spots you can see on the 'chrome' parts of the grille. But black is a chip.) I've never seen pics of a Maverick with chips this bad, in fact.

2002 Grand Marquis with only 168,000 miles. Engine and transmission are good, but all wheel fender body panels are rusting. It's body on frame so could just plug and play new fenders. I've driven it for 18 years.

2000 Honda Accord with 86,000 miles. Engine has bad ticking noises that two mechanics gave differing opinions - one is the engine is doomed, the other that it is no big deal, so either way, I drive it. SRS light has been on for years - it is my 87 year old Mother-in-law's car and she now can no longer drive.
