It can take a few days to show up but try as mentioned above to add them in the missing points. You can sign into the app, right? Your dealer needs your Ford Pass ID number to add the points.

Did you give them your sign in for the FordPass if so Ford should load the points for the purchase if not call Ford directlyHmmm. Maybe they pulled a fast one on us because we didn't want any add-ons, just the out the door price. I thought we would have a choice what we wanted to use the points for and then they told us this. SMH. Anything we can do about this? We just got it on the 22nd, last Thursday.
They never asked for the sign-in for Fordpass. While we were at the dealership we signed up for Fordpass app and had error after error. They asked us to try to access it later when we got home. We did and we had access, however, then we got the deep sleep mode error. Went back to dealership and they told us we have to drive around to charge the battery after starting the vehicle to avoid the deep sleep. In any event, no they didn't ask for our sign in. They instead told us we would get some maintenance package for 2 oil changes which would have cost $210, even though that is not what we wanted. We've spoken with the manager and he will look into it for us tomorrow.Did you give them your sign in for the FordPass if so Ford should load the points for the purchase if not call Ford directly

Thank you for your advice.
They should've gotten your FordPass member ID # (open the app, Account at top right, look under your name at the top). That helps associate the vehicle purchase with your account. The salesperson did get the Fordpass member ID# when we went back the next morning. However, nothing is showing up in the app under my account under the points section. Zip, Zilch. Hopefully we can get this all straightened out tomorrow. ThanksThey should've gotten your FordPass member ID # (open the app, Account at top right, look under your name at the top). Update #1: Dealership called me and said they would have to wait for the Fordpass points to show up on my account. Then they would take out the points for the oil change service and then refund me, so I have credits again. Then I can use the points as I chose. No definitive time frame on when this will get resolved, but there is forward progress. The salesperson did get the Fordpass member ID# when we went back the next morning. Update #2: Just checked. The Fordpass points have been added. So now I will call the finance person, let them know they were added so he can charge the account and then credit it back. Don't know why they couldn't just leave it alone since it will be a wash and it was based on inaccurate info from the start. Hopefully this will be fully resolved shortly.Update #1: Dealership called me and said they would have to wait for the Fordpass points to show up on my account. 42,000 points were added to my account this evening. I had asked the finance person when we picked up the truck on Thursday the 22nd, he told me they don't issue points, but for the same amount they would be worth, would do a maintenance contract for 2 oil changes worth $210. We didn't know that was incorrect info. So we signed the agreement. Then after reading everyone else's post (which we really appreciated) we spoke with the manager and he had the finance person contact us. That's when we were told as soon as the Fordpass points show up on our account, he would apply the charges for the maintenance agreement then credit it back to our account. We told the manager we should have been allowed to use our points however we wanted, but was given incorrect info because we specifically asked about the points. MTC forums have really been super helpful. If it weren't for the manager's assistance and a different salesperson from our initial one (ill-informed, dishonest and rude), we probably wouldn't be doing business with this particular dealership. What are you talking about them charging your account and crediting it back? How many points show on your account? You can use the points however you want, the dealer has no say. The number of points for a new car were set to equal 2 oil changes but that doesn't mean you have to use them for that.
Update #3: This has been a journey continues to head in a positive direction. The manager made things right. We have our 42000 points to use as we would like. The dealership also seriously takes consumer surveys very seriously. There will be some changes for the better to improve customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome so, far, even if it started shaky. We hope that future customers will have an even better experience than ours with this dealership.42,000 points were added to my account this evening.
