How do you increase the volume?

I can't find the volume control. I thought it worked as shown in the video. Can you please tell me how much does the volume up feature cost at ford service? I just want to listen to music from time to time. That was my day one question (last week) for the radio and then I realized that's the actual knob that turns it up, and sure enough it was.
For Navigation I am not sure where it would be, but the Bluetooth for the phone calls works great as well.

I found that the buttons on the steering wheel don't work because they require a monthly usage fee. What plan did you buy for the steering wheel?

What is the default volume level in a Ford vehicle? Is there any way to lower it? Where did Ford hide the volume down feature? I was told to look for a special button in the glove compartment, but my $50,000 car doesn't have one.

After watching the video and still thinking it's the first of April? I bought a car with problems. I drive it like this every day. Every day I overload the screen by pushing buttons, sometimes several times a day. Opening doors at speed to get the screen to work. Maybe someone is watching this and enjoying it. I'm not happy that I bought a 50,000 car and can't use the volume control.

You look like a serious person in the picture. Try putting yourself in my shoes. You bought a new car and the volume doesn't work, what would you do? Would you go to the dealer? I've been there six times. Twice they took my car away for two days. Tell me, what would you do if this was your problem?
