How do I use the radio when I plug my phone in to be charged?

How do I use the radio when I plug my phone in to be charged? It automatically goes into my phone mode. I can't seem to find a button to push to use the Mavs radio.

Haven’t received my Mav yet but on my Ranger there is a Blue Ford logo box on the screen to press and takes you to the main menu

Physical button on far left below the screen that looks like a speaker. That opens the audio menu and you can select your source.
