How do I add my Maverick order to my Ford account?

I have a confirmation email from Ford for my Maverick order, plus an order confirmation from the dealer, but the order does not show up in my Ford account. How do I add my order to my Ford account?

My ordered Bronco just showed up one day under "reservations & orders". I guess Ford's the one to do that.

I think you need the VIN to add it to your account.

There is a reservations and orders section of "My Account". Wouldn't it show up there without a VIN?

Atom, Sorry I edited my post with the correct information. When I read your post the first thing that ran through my mind was adding it after the purchase. Old minds going bad. So, yes it would show up under reservations. I guess Ford is the one to do that.

I chatted with a Ford rep, and they said

I would recommend reaching out to your chosen dealer, or reaching out to Marketing Program Headquarters. They will be able to assist with this inquiry. Their number is 800-334-4375. Their hours are 8AM-8PM EST. Monday-Friday.

AFAIK no one has their Maverick reservation showing on the Ford website yet. The expectation is that they will be available there once trucks start getting scheduled for production and VIN is issued starting the next week or so.

Oh, ok. That makes sense. So that begs the question - does anyone's Maverick order show up in their Ford account?

Mine does not. My Bronco order and Lightning reservations are in there
