How are you keeping (your back) cool in the summer?

Lariat owner here, enjoying the AC when I’m not driving with the windows down during the summer. But peeling my back off the seats after a long ride—Bleah! What are some of the things you are doing to keep cool?

I have beach towels that I fold the top over and poke holes through and stick the head rest through. I then use one of those large rubber bands that hold beach towels to lounge chairs. I use that where the back meets the bottom. This has worked well the last 2 years. I have used this in other cars as well.
