How accurate is CSX railcar tracker?

I called the CSX railcar number and entered in the railcar number I received from online chat and It says the railcar location was Walbridge, Ohio and that it arrived on January 2nd. However, it also says there's no ETA. My Maverick Lariat is suppose to be delivered to the dealership in Mid Michigan and wasn't sure if it's still travelling on the rail or if it's awaiting a shipper from Ohio? Ford online tracker suggest Estimated Delivery date is between 01/13/2024 - 01/26/2024. Online chat and dealer give me a different date of 01/16/2024 - 01/22/2024. Just curious what other people may have run into. It's been a long wait since I made my initial order in September of 2022.

Do you have access to your window sticker? If so, what does it have for a ramp code? Apparently the ramp at Walbridge is inactive, which suggests that the railcar has to move somewhere else to be unloaded.

My experience was that CSX was a lot more accurate than Ford's pizza tracker. I believe the CSX tracker continued to say "No ETA" up until the last leg of rail transit, when it left Gateway Yard in IL to the final rail destination in Western MA. Then they start giving you an ETA for the day when they expect it to reach the final rail destination (which I think got updated and pushed forward by a day at one point). I think the pizza tracker just had a very general estimate which assumed something like 4 to 6 weeks but in reality it was more like 2 to 3 weeks from the factory to the dealer's lot.

CSX tracker said mine was on a rail car on a siding in Arizona. It was in a staging/unloading lot in southern Illinois.
You're better off using a OUIJA board.

Yes. Mine sat in Illinois for awhile.
When they get enough to pay to load up a car hauler to deliver to your dealer and others close by, they will transport. Not like Carvana that delivers on car at a time.

I just called csx tracking and it looks like its departed for Wayne, MI!

Now we'll see how much longer.
