My XLT hybrid was scheduled for 11/20. I called Ford marketing today and they said the truck was built and it was scheduled for delivery by 12/31. My private offer will expire on 1/2/24. I asked if the truck was not delivered by then would they extend the private offer past the 1/2 date and they said no that it would be up to the dealer to honor it and not ford. Has anyone experienced this? I’m about to give up on this truck!

Do not rely on Ford's delivery date. That could change and most likely will. I would contact your dealer and work things out in advance. Do not wait until it is delivered and then expect a smooth transaction. Best of Luck

You'll be fine on the private offer. There are people here with MY22 private offers able to use them on their MY24 rollovers. They've extended the expiration date every time.

Got the same answer two days ago. Not good. What's the chance of a dealer honoring an expired offer. 0%

Incentive protection? I've talked with ford marketing in the past and they've told me that the transition offer will renew after expiration and will last for a quarter. And then once it expires, it will continue to renew until its used. This also falls in line with what the dealer told me.
