730 days!? I didn't think any 2021 orders were still outstanding. More than likely the dealer screwed up your order. Hopefully the Ford representative that lurks here will look into what's going on.

Hi everyone,
My husband ordered his Ford Maverick hybrid on 10/4/2021. Back then, he was healthy and excited to get his truck. To this day (09/2023), he is still waiting for his truck. The problem is that he has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. He doesn't have the time to wait 6 more months for his truck to arrive; all he wants to do before things get worse is to drive his new truck! We had been explaining this situation to the Ford dealer but the answer we get is that there is nothing they can do. Can anyone please give us some advice! I don't want my husband to go before enjoying his dream. Please help!

After nearly a year wait and fear of my dealer not being honest with me, I messaged the Ford.com Chat lady. I gave her some numbers from a form and she was able to se Yes, my truck was ordered when they said it was, but the bad news that they did not tell me when I drove over there again a few weeks ago, was that my truck will not be built. It went from Unscheduled Clean to (something else- not home at the moment to check) and it means that I have to get priority 2024 model, and that the ordering for those started on July 17th! Ridiculous.
Sorry to hear about your circumstances- if u can afford one off the lot, do it. Every so often, they show up, but they’re usually over 30,000. The one my dealer has is 38,000.- ugh.
