Hello everyone,
My name is Will, I'm 26 and live in the Salt Lake Valley in Utah.
I'm a long time lurker around this forum but finally made an account.
I currently drive a 2021 Toyota GR Supra 3.0 Premium but have been looking at the Maverick since it was announced.
I finally pulled the trigger this year and ordered me one, I was going to order one last year but we all are aware how the 2023MY went lol.
I want to say thank you to a lot of you for helping me make my decision on what I wanted for my Maverick.
I ordered a 2024MY Maverick Lariat in Cactus Gray with the hybrid motor and optioned the Black Appearance Package and Tri-fold Tonneua Cover.
I'm aware it may take 8-12 months for my Maverick but I think it'll be worth the wait.
I need something better on gas and a littler more practical then my Supra, and the Maverick fits the bill perfectly.
I look forward to chatting with you all and sharing in the woes of waiting for this awesome truck to get to me.

You may want to consider removing this from your order, as it has been constrained more often than not and may delay your build. You can easily install a tonneau cover after delivery.

Hi Will! I am up the hill from you in Park City. You were smart to order BAP, don't let anyone talk you out of it. Brown on blue Lariat interior will not look right with the green tone of CG. And stay with the Lariat because even though Ford will produce twice as many XLTs, that line is a lot longer if 10x the number of people order XLTs.

Welcome! Laughing at your 2023MY reference, you are in the right place. The one thing I can tell you is DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES UNTIL YOUR MAVERICK IS IN YOUR HANDS!!!! My guest room is full! My garage is empty! Ford will tell you it is built, shipping, guess a date it will reach you. Don’t believe it until you see the Cactus Grey Enjoy the waiting. You are in a much better position than I was.

Quick query. How much will this vehicle cost compared to your annual income?

My annual income is 80k, the way I have my 2024 Mav being built it should be 38k with destination and delivery. I’m currently driving a Toyota GR Supra that was 68k out the door. In the two and half years I’ve owned it I have it down to owing just under 45k. So I could sell it for a profit if I wanted to, still on the fence on if I let the Supra go or not…
