Welcome to the club. Your Maverick is gorgeous! Love the color. Not sure why you would want to relocate the front license frame as there is the possibility of interfering with the front sensors. Anyway, I'm having a drink wishing you many happy and safe travels.
Yep, found that out the hard way. Started the Truck, put it in Drive, and the sensors went ballistic....
Lesson learned 🤣

The Dealer actually told me they don't do that anymore. I just rolled my eyes and said "then who mounted all the License Frames on every Truck in your Lot!?" All I got was dumb looks. I think I'll go back and ask them to put that in writing....😜 And thanks for the welcome!
Bring a printout of California Vehicle Code 11713.17 section A and B with you. Show section B and Tell them you never gave signed written acknowledgement that you declined installation.

of course, it would be cheaper to do it yourself as opposed to hire a lawyer.

I'm thinkin' they don't want to argue with me as this is the 5th Ford I bought from this Dealership. (It did have a previous owner though. However, I don't think they want that kind of exposure should they get on my bad side....) 🤣

School of Hard Knocks. Most of us are official alumni. Anyway, I'm still wondering why you wanted to relocate the license frame to begin with?

So, I was snooping around the Internet, and came across the Maverick Truck Club. Since I just purchased a 2026 Maverick Lariat in Ruby Red, this seemed to be the place to be. I'm pretty impressed with the Maverick, and the mileage is awesome! (2.5 Hybrid AWD) Got a Bed Mat and a Soft tonneau Cover, and some assorted storage pieces, I.E. separator for the Glove box, layered trays for the center console, and that piece to cover the open area around the TRAILER Hitch. (Sold by Mabett Truck Parts) There is just a ton of stuff out there for the Maverick. Which brings me to my first question; does anyone know of a relocation Kit for the Front License Plate? When I picked up the Truck from the Dealer, they handed me the Front License Plate Bracket. I said "what do I do with this?' They said we don't install those anymore. I instantly responded with "then who installed them on all these Trucks in your lot!!??" All I got was dumb looks. Anyway, sorry for the rant.

I'm pretty sure I will find plenty of information here, Glad I found you......

Re installing the front license plate: my dealership said to let them do the drilling when I was ready to have my plate installed. So It sounds like it may be depend on which dealership you bought your truck.

Welcome from Washington (the state, not that other place)! The Lariat is of course the patricians choice in Maverick trim levels. :)

I recommend this to protect the plastics if you use the console cupholders: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5WCBP9F
Thank you for the link. I'll be ordering mine shortly. 😁
