I have a problem, 2026xlt hybrid model b with rear camera. when I go under bridge or at night time when the truck switches to night mode and dims the displays the mangoal system loose power.
headlight switch and dash light dimmer have no effect it is when the truck switches on its own

The unit powers off when the vehicle automatically enables night mode and dims the display, such as when driving under bridges or at night.
Our team suspects an incorrect ACC‑pin assignment on the overhead reading‑light wiring harness. We are conducting real‑vehicle testing to confirm the correct ACC‑pin location.

Would you be willing to help us measure the ACC signal at the reading‑light connector? This will allow us to make an improved custom wiring harness for you. This assistance is completely voluntary. We are also accelerating our own vehicle‑based tests. As soon as we obtain reliable test results, we will send you the updated optimized harness right away.

OK I have received my dashcam and would like to swap it for the revised 2026 version? It is still in the box unopened. I do have the 2026 Lariat Hybrid so I don't want any problems like Leon has above. How do I go about doing that?
