You make a very valid point. Ill reach back out to the dealership and get a detail list of their preformed tests and documentation.

With my XLT Hybrid, sometimes I have to keep increasing the temp setting to make it comfortable, and even then I feel cool air coming out of the dash vents. I was wondering if maybe this only happens when running on electric, and will monitor this to find out.
