Love the look of your truck. What are you getting for mileage with a lift and larger tires?
  4. Heater Issue

You make a very valid point. Ill reach back out to the dealership and get a detail list of their preformed tests and documentation.
  5. Heater Issue

Definitely loop us in on what your dealer says. My dealer also showed no bulletins for issues of this nature. It seems like there is a grouping that is affected, but just because all system checks say okay it doesn't mean they are working correctly. When air is set (without Auto) I would expect...
  6. Heater Issue

Had the dealer look at my maverick Monday. They completed their checks. All systems were operating properly they claimed. They said if I have any issues in spring when weather warms up to bring it back in. I'm located in Missouri so its been cold. Very skeptical that its working correctly. to...
  7. Installed 2" lift kit and 32" BFG KO2 tires (no rub with some trimming)

Love the look of your mav. What lift kit did you go with for your Maverick and did you do the install yourself? If not, how much did it cost you to have your lift kit installed?
  8. Heater Issue

Any update on what the dealer was able to conclude was the cause?
  9. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

Thank you for your comments. I would agree. if continued this would definitely be a bigger issue in summer or if I lived currently in a hot climate. I have a service appointment set. Its cover bumper to bumper 36K so I want a ford dealer to verify that the system is or is not working properly.
  10. Heater Issue

Hi, experiencing the same issue. Went on a 8 hour drive. Had the temp set at 63 and was still uncomfortable. Anything hotter was unbearable. In my prior vechiles I would set my temp around 68-71. Called two of my local ford dealers and they made it seem like I was an idiot and that is how it...
  11. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

Not a silly question. I was on a 8 hour drive when this occurred and only stopped twice for gas and a snack. I tried it with Auto and in manual temp control with the same results. Could you give me insight regarding your question? Just trying to understand others logic that I may not have thought of

Unfortunately for me if I sent mine temp to 70° its a sauna.
  13. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

That is a good point you bring up, but at the moment I am not feeling ill.
  14. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

It seems you are experiencing a similar issue, whether or not this is how the vehicles systems is designed I'm unsure. Do you think this is an issue? I personally do. Its abnormal that in the dead of winter I have my interior temp to 62°.
  15. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

I am typically around 68-71 degrees.
  16. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

Thank you for your feedback. It seemed abnormal to me and they service departments did not seem to take it serious. I never drive with the temp set to 63. Especially not in winter.
  17. Ford Maverick AC/ Heat Temp potential issue

Hi, I received my ford maverick lariat lux package this past week. This is my first new ford vehicle. I have no prior ford temp control experience. I drove it on an 8 hour trip yesterday. The outside driving temperate was about 30 degrees F. I had to set the interior temp control on 63 degrees...
