Heated Seats Recommendations

I have seen the carbon fiber heater pads and the OEM ford install on the 23 someone did on here.

The OEM install with HVAC control module seems beyond me, but I am curious with all the fiber heating pads for DIY if any perform better than others? My thought was to get Mabett seat covers and install over the pads.

thoughts? Worth or not worth?

Interior guys aren't too expensive from experience. My plan is to use factory heater pads with an aftermarket controller.

I've used heated seat kits sold on Amazon and ebay all have worked great and been easy to install. Works best if you also have remote start and tap the heated seat circuit and add a relay to power them only with the engine running.

Just use zip ties or the hog rings used to hold the seat fabric down, works perfect.

This is almost identical to the kids I've installed on my wife's 16 Fusion on my over 2012 f150 and my dad's 02 Z06.

I've used heated seat kits from "Check Corporation" out of the Detroit Mich area. Installed a couple of them over the past 15 years. Great quality, Made in USA and they get HOT right away. Will be putting a set into my 1992 F-150 upon restoration
