From an earlier post ,I meantioned that I recently bought a 2023 maverick lariat FX4 .
I did not order this truck . the original buyer had to withdraw from the purchase .
One dealer installed option was Ford TOUCHlink truck bed light .
A total rip off. this is a $320.00 option . These lights are no brighter than a overhead dome light .
My truck was in the shop for 5 hours for this install. Another useless ( In my opinion ) was the bed extender .When you want to haul anything large ,it just gets in the way . You need to plan ahead and remove it . Another $370.00 option

I had the Ford TOUCHlink as part of my original MY22 Maverick hybrid Lariat which rolled into a MY23. When I finally picked it up this past March, the salesperson told me that it took them six hours to install and for the $320.00 charge, they would never do it again. Was not worth the time and effort for that amount of money. I really like the TOUCHlink lights. Comes in handy when out at the ranch after dark and you are loading or unloading supplies. Especially if a bag tips over and you are looking for small items. Also great when working out of the bed at night finishing up fence or corral repairs.

Jim , I,m glad you liked them .All i,m saying is you can achive the same thing with puck lights , that you can get on amazon for about $15.00 for a six pack .

It all with many other package options on my 22 lariat hybrid are worth it in my opinion.. you point out singular things that was part of a package but not worth it to you. How about the cargo management that was included? Again probably not worth it to you.. I just don’t get it..
