Headroom in Maverick?

I am 6 ft 2" and my head is about half inch to the headliner with moonroof. I sit in my wife's with no moonroof and about 4 inches to the roof. With both seats all the way down and power seats. Spec show moonroof height clearance is 38 inch for moonroof and 40 inch for no moonroof. Both are My23's.... Seems to be same condition driver and passenger side. I sat in a MY24 with moonroof and seemed to have about 3 to 4 inch of head clearance. Anyone seeing this issue and have any idea's fix? Mine (sunroof) was August 2023 built and my wife was October 2023 Did they change the MY24 seat to go lower? Buy a MY24 seat in few years when they are available from junk yard....

Are the seats set at the same height? I can move up and down a good bit in my '24 Lariat.

I am 6 feet with a 23 Lariat and moonroof and power seats. With seat all the way down which is were I sit, I have 4 inches or headroom to the headliner and over to the right slightly I have more than 6 inches to the raised moonroof.

I put the power seat all the way down and all the way back in both mavericks with and with out moonroof.

I'm 6' with a moonroof and don't have any issues, seems like plenty of headroom with the seat all the way down.

I am 6’3”. I ordered mine sans sunroof, have enough room to wear a baseball cap easily.

Finally, a benefit of being a short 5-10 guy! Seriously though, keep in mind when comparing headroom vs height that some sit higher than others of the same height.

I'm 6'1 with a sunroof and with the seat all the way down (power) it is fairly tight for me but I like to sit fairly upright in my seat and not with a lean.

I've sat in both with & without a moonroof. Mine was ordered without the moonroof, and I actually have the seat raised quite a bit and still have a couple inches over my head standing a bit over 6'2" tall. - If it wasn't for the fact the seats move/tilt forward as you raise them, I'd have mine set even higher.

There does seem to be a difference in spacing between the manual seats and the powered seats in my Lariat. I'll swear there seemed to be less leg room in the XL, with the seat sitting a bit higher, but didn't actually measure to confirm.

Fixed the issue. Sold my23 with Moonroof to carvana and picked up my24 ordered 2 years ago with no Moonroof with $3400 rebate for price adjustment. Glad ordered extras... From different dealers.
