Good to know, is there another unused one with power all the time that you are aware of? I am always hesitant to tap into used ones.
Looking back thru old dashcam threads, it appears as though #24 (micro-2) is always on. I have not confirmed though.

ok. so got mine installed this past weekend. with the sliding rear window it kinda sucked because the camera had to be off-center. i opted to put it just next to the window on the driver's side. i simply pushed the wire up into the headliner across to the passenger side. the camera has about 6" of wire then a connector which is a little thicker, that wouldn't tuck up but you can hardly notice it with the window track anyway. once i got to the back corner passenger side i tucked it behind the plastic pillar panels, which were pretty easy, then lifted the weather stripping and tucked it under the headliner along to the front of the cabin. long, slow process, had a few plastic tools. take your time so nothing rips. actually tucking it under/past the plastic pillars is easier than the stripping. once i got to the front i had unclipped the top of the inside passenger pillar, went past that and to the camera which is just below the black plastic housing on the passenger side. the extra cord i folded up into a neat bundle. zip-tied it, and tucked it into the front pillar. i was careful to avoid the airbag. i think. in all it looks good, practically can't notice it, took me maybe a hour? my camera is powered, along with a dimming mirror, from a tap harness in the black housing (taps into the map lights) so in all i have a pretty clean setup.

That’s the only place mine sticks out a tiny bit. It’s still tucked in but you can see a little black if you look closely.

I used these cable clips to secure the rear-wire along the passenger side and near the rear headliner.

Does anyone see an issue when hardwiring to just tap an ACC fuse and run both ACC and battery leads to that fuse so it only comes on when the truck is on/ACC mode?
