Has anyone used the new "Demco" baseplate for flat tow yet?

I used the included Demco bracket, I just had to drill an additional hole in the middle of the bracket base.

We're in the LA area, too, and are about to instaqll the Demco baseplate. Are you open to questions from my husband, possibly before and during installtion?

I’ve used BlueOx on my past Toads and still use it for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ but chose the RoadMaster Baseplate and Set up on my 2025 Maverick Lariat AWD Hybrid and could not be happier after flat towing it over 6000 miles in 2025 using the amazing RoadMaster NightHawk Tow Bar Absolutely No Issues

i spoke to Demco a number of times during the process they weren’t ready to go to market at the time - I do think they struggled with the ACC Radar placement on the 2025 and may have been over thinking it at the time plus the pricing seemed a little high

See my earlier posts in this thread for most answers. If he has more questions, I'm happy to answer. I did my 2023 Lariat. I have no info about the 2025 Gumby Maverick, tho. Only the 2022-2024.

Install base plate took a few hours still trying to figure best place to mount 6 pin plug, not much room

My husband is having the same issue trying to figure out where to mount the 6-pin plug. What was you solution? Are you able to provide pictures? Thanks!
