Has anyone gotten an Order Scheduled email WITHOUT ever getting their Order Confirmed email?

Like many of you, I never got my order confirmed email.

I've called Ford a few times throughout the Maverick process. Each time they've assured me that even though I never got my order confirmed email, that was just a glitch in Ford's system and I will get my order scheduled email, plus any emails following that.

So, has anyone gotten an Order Scheduled email without ever getting their Order Confirmed email?

I haven't heard of this happening - many received the initial confirmation but not the subsequent scheduling/other emails - I'm in that boat!

My order went in on 9/2, but my email is not on the order. How does Ford know how to contact me?

They might not know how to. This is why I'm expecting the news that I've been scheduled to come from my dealership or by calling Ford with my order info.
