Groan at low speed turns

I get no noise when stopping, only at very slow speed turns. It's not loud, but it's there. I only got 700 miles on it.

Yes! I get this noise when I make u-turns. I thought it had to do with my lowering springs but hearing you say you have this issue with only 700 miles makes me rethink that
