Well, I finally got my truck on Tuesday, the 2nd. Ordered it on July 15th. And, as I posted on July 15th, probably the only exterior mod I would do would be to add the grill emblem from a 1971 Maverick Grabber. Since my truck was to be an XLT that had orange accents in the interior, and the Grabber emblem has orange outline, thought it would be a neat little addition to the exterior to complement the interior accents. Well, I found the emblem on ebay some months ago and had and it sitting in the garage just waiting for my truck to come in. And, in the meantime, got to thinking that the letters on the tailgate would look kinda neat if they somehow matched the grill emblem. So I got in touch with SLB decals and asked them if they could make me a set of tailgate decals with orange outlines and they said no problem. So, long story short, got everything installed yesterday and I think both the grill and tailgate turned out great.
