I have a First Edition Rapid Red hybrid ordered but not even built yet and have a private offer of up to $60k for something I'm paying $ 35K out the door. Tempting.
I'm certain there are plenty of "well off" people on this board, some of us just have no interest in spending more on a car than we have to.
Yes, indeed. But those same ones of "us" also know that $50k for a $35k vehicle is a stupid financial decision, and "we" didn't get to be where we are by making stupid financial decisions.
The Maverick is a great vehicle at MSRP. But when someone says "oh, you know, rich people buy it for $50k" - sounds like an unlikely story.
