Gator soft trifold vibration

My wife's 2025 XLT hybrid has a Gator soft trifold that seems to vibrate above 30 mph. I've check the clamps; all tight.

Mine does too a little but it’s very secure; not going anywhere.
I chalked it up to being a relatively low end cover.
Having said that mine is 3 years old and keeps the bed completely dry

I have had the same Gator soft trifold from my 22 and now on my 25. No issues. Yes it balloons up when driving but all soft covers do that.

Mine is fairly new. 2 Months. No vibration and seals well. Didnt put any of the weather stripping. It does bulge over 30MPH which I was concearned about intitialy but found out fast thats normal

My tri-fold softcover buzzes above 65mph... gets thumpy above 75mph (I don't drive at that speed very often anyway). It was fine for the first year... but the 2nd year I finally go around to applying that sealing foam strip on the bed rail at the front of the bed... obviously changed something in the aerodynamics... oh well.

If you think 75 is thumpy, wait until you hit 117 when it turns into a wing for added downforce!
